i love living here. apartments are modern and great location. my only negative comment is that the neighborhood is not smoke free. i see someone smoking everyday multiple times a day. wish management would do something about this

The apartments are great quality and size, and we love how the tall ceilings make it feel even bigger. The location is great because it's quiet and tucked away but still close to shopping and the hospital (work). The staff are very helpful and a delight to work with. Overall, we are very content living here.

I really enjoy being apart of Emblem community. The Leasing Office and Maintenance Staff are very professional and helpful. They work together to resolve any issues in a timely manner and they work well as a team. It is a well mixed community. The tenants are very friendly and respectful of one another. The staff does an amazing job of planning community socials to get the tenants together a few times a year. It is definitely appreciated. The fitness center and swimming pool are well maintained. The location of Emblem is highly convenient for me as it is close to the major highways, my office and shopping. I’m happy I chose Emblem as my place of residence.

So happy here at Emblem, Management, Maintenance always approachable and happy to listen and address any concerns. It’s a quiet community with shopping near by, close but not too close. You can still take a quiet walk, sit on your patio, and enjoy the day. It feel so good to say “I’m Home”.

It's been 6 months living here and we have not regretted it a single day. We’re glad we found the emblem. The location is amazing and it’s <5 minute drive from the grocery store, gym, mall, and route 1. The staff here are amazing and neighbors are friendly. Good amenities too!

So far my husband and I are really enjoying living at Emblem. I was initially worried about being closer to the highway and wondered if it was going to be louder. It is so quiet and relaxing though! I love living here. The amenities are really good, the gym is nice and well maintained. The pool is the place to be it is really well taken care of. The parking is great, there’s so many spots. The apartment is nice with a great kitchen and the rooms are spacious. Great natural lighting!

I love licing in the community for the convenient location. I do wish we had more access to the amenities for events such as birthday parties or potlucks. I think it would be awesome if the rental office would host a quarterly meet & greet or potluck tyoe event where neighbors could get to know each other

Overall, the apartment is great and the community is awesome! The neighbors are friendly and it's a quiet neighborhood. It is extremely dog friendly and the amenities reflect that. I see us staying for a while. My only complaint is that some of our maintenance requests have taken a while to be addressed, but if I call the office or gets addressed faster.

We have been staying on this place since September 2019 and we like living at this apartment. Most residents are friendly. Love this location it is closer to the mall, close to church, close to hospital close to the university, close to the border of neighbor states, lots of historical places. Just hoping there would not be a large increase in rental cost. FYI We had a large increase on the from our (2021-2022) lease to lor (2022-2023)

As a woman venturing out on my own, safety, amenities, location, environment, friendliness, cleanliness, along with a well maintained community was top of my list. Emblem at Christiana successfully met my needs and more. The Management and Maintenance are top notch at addressing my requests, in impressive response time. Is it perfect, no, that would be an unrealistic expectation…..so when I recently had a friend ask how I liked living at Emblem at Christiana, my response, “feels like home!”

Front desk are always pleasant and the maintenance crew are very kind as well. The complex itself is kept very neat. Sometimes people are a bit noisy (im guilty of it too! lol) but everyone keeps to themselves. Pool and gym are wonderful. Units are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Plus great location near everything.

Nice clean apartment with lots of room for a 1 bedroom. Beautiful clubhouse, helpful staff and very close to shopping. I wish there was more parking in front of my apartment. Garages and handicap spots take up most all of the parking but there is some not too far away.

Beautiful family oriented community that’s well groomed! I love the pool area where you can barbecue or just sit and relax!! I highly recommend the Emblem which is right a ross the road from the Christiana Mall and several restaurants.
