As nothing is perfect, this community, thus far, is as close to perfect as one can get. In my less than 30 days, I've had a need to call for maintenance twice, and both times the issue was resolved within an appropriate timeframe. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, especially if one is coming in later at night, but overall, the community is peaceful and quiet. Now, if I could only gain access to my resident portal, then the rating would probably increase to a definite four-stars.

Great apartment complex. It’s clean and quiet, the maintenance staff is very efficient and the leasing team is very helpful. Downside is that packages sometimes get stolen. But overall a lovely place to live and I love the proximity to stores and the mall and the gym (s).

I've lived here at Emblem At Christiana for 2 years and I have no regrets. Roxanne, the Community Mgr., her Office Staff and Maintenance have addressed alol issues I have had quickly and with excellent Customer Service. My dog loves walking around socializing with neighbors and friends and someone always has a biscuit to share. I feel at home, safe, and very comfortable here at Emblem At Christiana and I’m more than happy to recommend this community to family and friends.

Overall I like the modern facility. It is very pricey for an apartment in Delaware. I know they would retain more residents if the cost was a bit lower. I see quite a few people moving out and I believe more residents would stay if it was more affordable. The average American isn’t making the rental fee in one check. I feel safe and the community maintains cleanliness. It is a nice atmosphere and I enjoy the activities planned for the residents. I wish there was more parking for the middle apartments in the 1700 area or a discount was provided for those residents since the garages take up spaces. The staff is professional, pleasant and helpful.

The Emblem at Christiana is wonderful. From the beautifully kept grounds to the modern updated clean apartments it is immaculate and beautiful. The maintenance guys are exceptional and very helpful and the leasing office is wonderful! This is one of the best apartments around.

Had the pleasure of interacting with great staff. Touring, application and move in process was seamless. Apartment is cute and for a great price. Only thing is that dumpster area is overflowing due to residents not following rules of disposing of furniture.

It's been great so far, we haven't really had any complaints. We got a lot of use out of the pool during the summer and being so close to so many stores in the area has been really helpful. We only had to reach out to maintenance once, but they responded incredibly fast.

We have been living at Emblem At Christiana Apartment since September 2019 and wer very satisfied with our 5 years of stay here. We are close to the Christiana Mall, very near to the a lot of restaurants. We are comfortable that it is also near Chritiana Hospital and our health provider office. We are also glad to know that it is close to the University of Delaware campus & Catholic Churches that we frequently visit. The neighbors are friendly too. We had made new friends. The Emblem At Christiana office staff are ver friendly and the maintenance crew are very helful and friendly too. Although the lease is only good for one year and renewed every year, it would be nice to have a lease of 2 or 3 years. Hopefully there would be no higher increase in yearly rental for 2024-2025. The recent gym renovations were really great, having spin bikes are a great upgrade. The pool is probably the best amenity, it is so clean and nice and relaxing to hang out with. The apartment is great spot!

Amazing staff! The ladies in the office are so sweet!! Beautiful neighborhood. I did encounter one man who was really mean, while walking my dog. Maintenance workers are good as well. I just had/have a few minor maintenance issues but overall, it’s an amazing property. Again, I’m really grateful for the ladies in the office who made this experience and my decision to move here worth it all.

The apartments are great quality and size, and we love how the tall ceilings make it feel even bigger. The location is great because it's quiet and tucked away but still close to shopping and the hospital (work). The staff are very helpful and a delight to work with. Overall, we are very content living here.

I really enjoy being apart of Emblem community. The Leasing Office and Maintenance Staff are very professional and helpful. They work together to resolve any issues in a timely manner and they work well as a team. It is a well mixed community. The tenants are very friendly and respectful of one another. The staff does an amazing job of planning community socials to get the tenants together a few times a year. It is definitely appreciated. The fitness center and swimming pool are well maintained. The location of Emblem is highly convenient for me as it is close to the major highways, my office and shopping. I’m happy I chose Emblem as my place of residence.

It's been 6 months living here and we have not regretted it a single day. We’re glad we found the emblem. The location is amazing and it’s <5 minute drive from the grocery store, gym, mall, and route 1. The staff here are amazing and neighbors are friendly. Good amenities too!

I love licing in the community for the convenient location. I do wish we had more access to the amenities for events such as birthday parties or potlucks. Overall, the apartment is great and the community is awesome! The neighbors are friendly and it's a quiet neighborhood. It is extremely dog friendly and the amenities reflect that. I see us staying for a while. My only complaint is that some of our maintenance requests have taken a while to be addressed, but if I call the office or gets addressed faster.

We have been staying on this place since September 2019 and we like living at this apartment. Most residents are friendly. Love this location it is closer to the mall, close to church, close to hospital close to the university, close to the border of neighbor states, lots of historical places. Just hoping there would not be a large increase in rental cost. FYI We had a large increase on the from our (2021-2022) lease to lor (2022-2023)

Emblem at Christiana successfully met my needs and more. The Management and Maintenance are top notch at addressing my requests, in impressive response time. Is it perfect, no, that would be an unrealistic expectation…..so when I recently had a friend ask how I liked living at Emblem at Christiana, my response, “feels like home!”

Front desk are always pleasant and the maintenance crew are very kind as well. The complex itself is kept very neat. Sometimes people are a bit noisy (im guilty of it too! lol) but everyone keeps to themselves. Pool and gym are wonderful. Units are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Plus great location near everything.
